Would you like to build and promote your virtual school at the traditional schools in your district? In this presentation we will explain the steps we took to build a collaborative relationship and simultaneously promote our virtual school courses. We are working hard to make OCVS is their virtual school of choice and provide the level of support schools in our district need to keep coming back.
21st Century Skills include knowledge construction, collaboration, real-world problem solving and innovation, skilled communication, self-regulation, and information and communication technology for learning. Participants will work through hands-on activities that can be replicated in virtual and blended environments. Educators will learn about PD extensions to dig deeper into Microsoft tools that are presented and explored during the session as well. These experiences will help educators build positive and productive learning environments with colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
Discover tips and tricks for being a hybrid teacher. We will discuss some ways virtual teachers can collaborate with the brick-and-mortar school's staff, positive reinforcement, student pacing/ goals, other stakeholders, and more.
